RETURN CONDITIONS

- Safety gear must be clean and undamaged for compliance.
HOW TO RETURN

- Receive a prepaid shipping label (free for defective items).
- Ship items in original packaging within 5 business days.
REFUND PROCESS
- Refunds processed within 3 business days after receiving returns.
- Funds returned to original payment method; store credit option includes +10% bonus for future purchases.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Customized or personalized products.
- Opened consumables (e.g., maintenance supplies).
- Final sale items marked “Clearance” or “Special Promotion.”
